Formation of professionals highly enabled in the elaboration of policies and strategies, able to solve the problems of the farming sector, contributing to the sustainable development through the investigation and extension in function to the demands of the institutions, public, deprived and companies of the region and the country.

OCCUPATIONAL FIELD

Planning, administration, control and evaluation of the regional and national farming
production, developing to productive systems and their commercialization, agreed to the conditions socioeconomic of the producer, preserving the ecosystems of flora and wild fauna, participating in events of national and international qualification, for the update in the specific professional field and other compatible areas.

The basic investigation andor applied, it plans, it executes and it evaluates extension programs and it exerts the educational activity within the academic areas, labor and investigativa in the education-learning process, in order to form professionals agronomists with high scientific knowledge and Christian values, agreed to the necessities of the society.

The technical attendance and consultancy in the production areas and agricultural technology, cattle and forest; commercialization and trade; study of environmental impacts; human development and economic partner; estimate of rural estates; planning and academic administration, in average public and deprived organizations.

Can be developed to the activity work areas, such as:Basic and applied computer science, Agricultural Engineering, Administration of Farming Companies, Social Interaction, Organic Agriculture, Market, Compatible communication and Diffusion and other areas.
