COURSES OF WINTER and SUMMER
Course of Nivelacio'n or Recuperacio'n. One defines as course
of leveling and update to the set of subjets that will be dictated
in a certain period of the lectivo year, that it allows the student
to advance or to make level themselves in the subjets of the plan
of estudy
TUTORIAS
Course by Positions of a guardian. It will only be possible to
be programmed courses by positions of a guardian in the different
races, in very special cases previous planning and programming being
applied the semi-actual modality.
LICENSES
 Licenses.
The attendance of the students to classes is obligatory and holds
to the pertinent controls. For the partial or final examinations
it is required to have attended 75% of the classes.
The permissions by trips, reasons for work and others will not be
accepted, having the student before registering itself to anticipate
these situations and to plan its activities to avoid damages.
The exceptional cases must be justified in writing enclosing medical
certificates, order of internment of nosocomio or treatment, specifying
with clarity the dates of loss indicated by the doctor. The justification
nonflock the lack, it only allows to the recovery of examinations
and practitioners. The documentation will have to be presented/displayed
to the Direction of respective Race within the 72 hours of happened
the case, not accepting the same one after this term or with slow
date.
CROSSINGS
Crossings. The student of the UCEBOL to have right to carry out
his crossing to another university must attend 30% of the total
credit corresponding to the respective curriculum and have presented/displayed
all the requirements demanded for his admission. So that the crossing
is recognized as so the applicant must have won in the origin university,
at least one confirmed matter, opposite case will consider a request
of admission by means of entrance regular.
CONVALIDACIONES
Convalidaciones. It will only be possible to be recognized as equivalence
until 70% of the plans and training programs corresponding to the
respective race. Any convalidación by last years of the mentioned
race will not beaccepted both. Any convalidación will not
be accepted if the student interrupted his studies by 5 years consecutive.
The subjets are recognized whose programs are similars in at least
a 80% of its content with the programs of the university.
CHANGE OF CAREER
Change of PROFESSION. The students of the UCEBOL have option to
two changes of profession of the academic supply of the university
during the time of studies in a certain level of education. The
changes of race are asked for enclosing the corresponding forms
of request and it appears in the Registry Unico de Tra'mites (RUT),
fulfilling the following requirements: a) to ask for in the periods
of pedagogical rest at least 30 days before the resumption of academic
activities; b) to enclose note certificates of matters overcome
and pasibles of convalidación.

they will enter to other races where one does not demand like obligatory
subjet the reprobated ones.
SUSPENSION Or RETIREMENT
Suspension or Retirements. All regular student will be able to ask
for the suspension or retirement of the university during the respective
academic period to request expresses solely included/understood
as of the date of reception of the form for the following reasons:
a) by will of the student, until before the date of the first partial
examination according to program of the university; b) disease or
serious accident that prevents its regular attendance; c) call to
the obligatory military service
The proceeding of temporary request of suspension of studies, one
begins in the RUT, previous fulfillment of the following requirements:
a) to be regular student; b) to have approved a minimum of 4 subjets
in the first semester; c) to justify its request of suspension with
corresponding certificates; d) certificate of nonindebted that includes/understands
not to have economic obligations, of library or laboratories, slopes
with the university.
The suspension or retirement includes/understands the totality of
the matters that had been registered in the academic period, reason
why he is inadmissible the temporary cancellation of matters and
the use of others, it either does not come by problems from notes
or academic advantage.
EVALUATION Of the ACADEMIC YIELD Of the STUDENT
Evaluation of the learning. The evaluation in the different academic
units from the UCEBOL, it is: a) systematic; b) diagnosis; c) continuous,
formativo, progressive and coherently planned; d) sumative
the systematic character of the evaluation is based on the use of
pedagogical technical instruments, trims in the student like essential
element of the educative process. It will have beforehand to be
planned and to be defined for each subjet as far as its form and
frequency.
The character diagnosis of the evaluation must like intention verify
until point was fulfilled the objectives of previous levels, that
they serve as pre-requisite for the education-learning process that
is going away to develop in certain level. This evaluation will
not be reason for ponderación, but of direction of all process
to develop. It will be an initial evaluation that will detect aptitudes
of the students, at level of knowledge and level of motivation.
The continuous and formativo character of evaluation will serve
to control and to reorient the progressive yield of the student.
One mainly is based on the activities of car-evaluation and the
constant observation of the student performance.
The sumativo character of the evaluation, it will serve to assign
a final qualification to the student by its yield in each subjet.
It will be based mainly on the results, in agreement with the modalities
established in each academic unit.
The student to enter to the final examination must have like accumulated
minimum note 41 points.
Within the extraordinary tests, those of second instance are considered,
anticipated and the delayed ones.Those of second instance they are
the tests to which they have right the students when the final note
is of reprobación and the average reaches to render a test
of second instance or recovery. The tests of second instance will
surrender according to the predicted thing in the academic calendar,
after the totality of the final tests of first instance.
In order to have right to tests anticipated or delayed to the student
or his proxy it will have to present/display the request and justification
written to the director of race with a minimum of 3 working days
of anticipation.
The advantage of the education and qualification of the students
will be evaluated by means of: a) oral tests and examinations written
and that will take place during the academic period and according
to the academic cronogram approved by the university: b) participation
in classes; c) practical works and of investigation
a subjet is not considered approved without the presentation to
the final examination, although the obtained note accumulation arrives
or surpasses 61%. In this situation it will appear the qualification
of 60 points with the explanation of not to have presented/displayed
to the final examination
Of the approval. The numerical qualifications will be granted in
a scale of 1 to 100 points and the conceptual ones will grant approved
or reprobated.
The minimum note of approval in the numerical qualifications will
be of 61 points. It will be obtained by means of weighed average
of the qualifications obtained by the student in the works assigned
in the partial tests and the end.
Modification of the qualifications. The term established for the
note exhibition will take place inside by the educational one and
before the delivery of the same ones to the race direction; the
student who had a reasonable doubt or will consider his partial
or final qualification unjust will be able to ask for his revision.
The cases in which the educational one will be able to carry out
some modification, they are the following ones: a) omission or involuntary
error in the qualification or transcription; b) deviation of the
examination; c) duplicity of the name of the student; d) error in
the ponderación of notes.

a) Thesis is the work of investigation that fulfills

practical or theoretical solutions.

valuation of the student, through oral or written tests of exploration

having to fulfill the following requirements: a) average of qualification
of 90 on 100; b) to approve all the matters in first instance; c)
