It is a legally established organization without profit aims, conformed by a group of people whose only intention is the one to support, to develop and to promote projects destined to the improvement of the educative processes, and other on watch communitarian under the principles of the gospel.

Which is the meaning of its name?

Cornelio was born by 200 years D.C. in a pagan family, but from a principle his noble spirit perceived that the paganism did not satisfy him, reason why it was dedicated to study the Christian doctrine. Its conversion was radical. From then, Cornelio became an excellent Christian, it distributed its goods to the poor men and made votes of abstention. During the time of the Roman persecutions, some primitive Christians resigned to his fé, by the fear to be executed but Cornelio faithful stayed. It excelled by its eagerness to take care of to the churches and tried its unit, always looking for the harmony and La Paz between the faithfuls.

To supervise, to control, to finance, to orient, to advise, to approve or to reject the presentation of budgets, agreements, projects, plans, and other activities of academic character - administrative; in addition it has authority without limit, nor restriction some to guard by the interests, the patrimonial security and the normal development of the educative processes of the Christian University of Bolivia.
