ElThe Department of Social Interaction, it is conformed

PROCEDURES
The process of execution of the projects of social interaction
is made fulfilling the following stages and procedures:
• Profile of the project.- the process begins with the elaboration
and presentation of the projects of social interaction on the part
of the operations groups taking into account the following aspects:
• Title of the project
• General missions
Specific objectives
• Brief description of the activities
• Area to which the project belongs
• quantitative and qualitative Profits (amount of beneficiaries
and quality of the service)
• Ambito of execution of the project
• Results of the project
• Leaf of systematization.- it consists of establishing
the preparatory activities that the operators will make to achieve
the success of the project, example: coordination meetings and consult,
management of insumos, logistic transport and means, it visits institutions
andor authorities, etc.)
• List of pursuit.- it is the third phase
of the process. All the projects of social interaction contain a
pursuit list in which the results of their execution in their quantitative
and qualitative aspects are evaluated. What back (feedback) with
the beneficiaries is tried is to establish feed, since it leaves
from the evaluation and control of the projects
happens through its hands, which allows to know the executed quality
of the projects and services.
• Base of data.- it is the fourth phase
of the process. Once fulfilled all the phases of execution of the
projects, the results are introduced to an integral base of data,
where reports are stored, information by area, statistics on amount
of beneficiaries, index of projects, social impact, and the accumulated
hours by the volunteers.

EXECUTION OF HOURS OF SOCIAL INTERACTION (students)
 Level
Degree
All the college students who attend races at level degree
will
have to fulfill in obligatory form with:
• 130 hours on watch of social interaction in please
the community during the five years of university formation
Superior Technical
Level
All the college students who attend races at superior technical
level will have to fulfill in obligatory form with:
- 78 hours on watch of social interaction in please the community
during its two or three years of university formation It is obligation
of all regular student of the UCEBOL that:
• when first finalizing the year-academic one will have
to accumulate 26 hours on watch of social interaction
• when finalizing the second year-academic one will have
to accumulate 52 hours on watch of social interaction
• when finalizing the third year-academic one will have
to
accumulate 78 hours on watch of social interaction
• when finalizing the fourth year-academic one will have
to accumulate 104 hours on watch of social interaction
• when finalizing the fifth year-academic one will have
to
accumulate 130 hours on watch of social interaction
